RETURNS FORM
We require a Returns number to be raised, Please email or call regarding the return, we will then issue a Returns number.
Items that were just not required or used can be returned for full credit, Items should be returned unused, in a saleable Condition and in the original packaging.
Faulty items may need to be inspected by the supplier, in this case we would arrange this with the supplier and then issue your refund once agreed. However if no fault is found we would contact you and we could return the item.
Specials are non returnable, if a special item is Faulty we will replace this like for like.
Returns must be returned in our 14 day no quibble policy from date of order.
HOW TO RETURN: please package and enclose the invoice and returns number and complete the form.
These should be returned in reasonable condition please.
