DOOR ENTRY

This model can be used with the 3K sensor and 4000 series kits. The Videx 3011A has a door release facility. Up to 2 additional handsets can be installed into each apartment. A replaceable plug-in handset cord is included with this handset. These models are compatible with the 900 series of intercoms.
Additional features with the 3000 series include, Privacy of call, a service that allows you to enable or disable incoming calls via a timed switch. Privacy of Speech, which allows you to disable the phone when not in use, allowing the user to have private conversations with the door for a set period. This model also gives indication as to the status of the door, if the LED is on it means the door is open and vice versa if the light is off. Additional wiring to the door is required for this service. These handsets are made from ABS shockproof plastic giving them a light and mobile but also very tough and resistant to damage. Designed by Videx, A UK company based in London. (This is the replacement handset ONLY, the features described above is the functionality of the system as well as the handset and should be used with the relevant system.)

Standard Delivery
Our standard deliverys are between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday excluding national Holiday's.
Please also note certain Items may require additional delivery charges, such as Conduit, and Fluorescent tubes.
we use secure couriers and offer a free delivery on orders over and above £50.00 excluding VAT (£60.00 inclusive). For orders below this amount we charge £6.50 + vat (£7.80 incl). Certain products are excluded from national delivery due to weight and fragility, these are identified on each item.
Delivery is normally 2-3 days, unless a special item has been ordered. In this case we will keep you advised on the lead time.
When entering your address details, our system will prompt for delivery address postcode, please key in as example (e.g. SM3 9AG). Any delivery charge will be automatically calculated. Our system should advise you when finishing your delivery options. However please call if you believe this has not gone through correctly.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
We can offer next day delivery and timed deliveries where required, these are on a price on application basis so please call us prior to placing your order so that we can advise costs.
